Asha Marie Yoga
Namaste, my name is Asha! I am a Southern Orange County based yoga instructor, but first, foremost and always a yoga student. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I constantly show up on my mat and do the work so I can become a better version of myself for my students, my family, my friends, and myself. I offer accessible public classes and private sessions, I am a 'yoga for the people' type of person.
As a yoga instructor, my goal is to help your mind and body connect and develop through repetitive stretching, while incorporating a mindfulness practice. Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle?
