Namaste, my name is Asha! I am a Southern Orange County based yoga instructor, but first, foremost and always a yoga student. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I constantly show up on my mat and do the work so I can become a better version of myself for my students, my family, my friends, and myself. I offer accessible public classes and private sessions, I am a 'yoga for the people' type of person.

Practicing Yoga


Vinyasa Flow Yoga is the alignment of movement and breath, a method which turns static yoga postures into a dynamic flow. The length of one inhale or one exhale dictates the length of time spent transitioning between postures. Attention is placed on the breath and the journey between the postures rather than solely on achieving perfect body alignment in a pose.

Pregnancy Yoga


An invigorating flow geared towards detoxing, metabolism boosting, physique toning, and cardio boosting. Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat in one of our most athletic classes – vigorous, energetic.  Challenge yourself while building endurance, strength, and flexibility with powerful, dynamic postures. The room is heated to 85-90°

Designed to both nurture and challenge your body, prenatal yoga empowers you to trust in your birthing journey while providing a supportive community to discuss what you are experiencing. Benefits include stress reduction, while strengthening the muscles that support your baby during pregnancy and help prepare you for labor. Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom about birth, bond with baby, and meet other mamas! All levels and stages of pregnancy welcome.
