A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Movement and Breath

I was a competitive athlete for most of my life and found yoga during a very transitional period. While growing up, yoga was something I did to help enhance flexibility for whatever sport I was playing. I found later on that I was barely reaping the benefits of what yoga can truly offer.
One day I was at my neighborhood gym, finishing up a workout and saw a yoga class was about to begin. Sweet, I needed a good stretch. During that class I had a revelation. I turned off my mind, well, my 'monkey mind', and let my body do the talking. I showed up on my mat unapologetically where I was in THAT moment, and that's when my yoga journey truly began. I left that class with a brand new perspective on myself, life, and what I wanted. My love for yoga was sparked and there was no reason to NOT get onto my mat.
The road of yoga is endless - it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. My goal is to pass along my love for yoga and provide mindfulness resources to anyone I meet along the way. I am a yoga instructor but first, foremost, and always a yoga student. I value each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
